Oct. 1 is a UN day celebrating our Elders.  Yet Guardianship abuse where fraud is being committed means our Elders are put into a Nursing home against their will, losing their voice, their rights and the life they lived. It's a form of wrongful incarceration and can even mean families lose visitation rights where enough fraud tampers with their rights too.Will you take the time to join a march in your community? 

World Health Organisation (WHO) called Elder abuse a single act, or repeated, or lack of action is defined as abuse too.
