Think about it.  Obedience to law is liberty, that's the motto. Unless you're over 65? And seeing wear & tear on your life being assessed by State Authorities you never knew more than a 15' interview? Ask yourself again, how does your age determine your competency as designated by someone who never knew you more than a day in a less than 10 minute hearing? That is what a Probate Court Hearing sentencing elders can do: They can render you dependent on the State removing your property, your rights, your voice & wealth.  And putting you in a Nursing home (prison for those fully competent taken advantage of by this corrupt practice rife in many Probate Courts), forcing you to take "medicines they deem you need "?!

Would you want your parents or uncle or sister to face that as their future of Happiness and pursuit of Liberty? The Constitutional Violations implicit in this fraud run amok, and they should be challenged by any ethical Attorney even if you have to take it to the Supreme Court or Federal Court to overturn such fraud holding all accountable as in this Needham MA Case John Sovanovich victim to it exposed on NETFLIX. 

We can be the voice of those denied access to justice, via this probate abuse, who should be held accountable for their crimes that rob our elders of their liberty and happiness.  Especially Charlie Thrash in San Antonio TX, also exposed in NETFLIX Dirty Money Series highlighting this corrupt practice. They're trying to disbar his Attorney fighting for his rights.  

Whoever can take on this law should consider how do you hold the Court and if need be Government accountable when fraud is at stake? Current laws constitute this a Civil Offense.  But under Rico Statute is it not Organised crime?   Where do families turn who decide to sue? What is in place to process law.
