Foie Gras (fatty liver) is a product of unimaginable suffering and exploitation of ducks and geese. 

The birds--normally aquatic animals, are raised in filthy factory farms; rancid sheds filled with feces and with no water to bathe in. For the last few weeks of their lives, ducks are kept in cages so small they cannot turn around, spread their wings or do anything natural.

The process of fattening the birds livers involves painfully shoving a metal tube all the way down their throats into their stomachs and pumping cornmeal and other unnatural foods into them. The birds livers will swell to ten times their natural size, leaving them in a state of constant agony and suffering.

It's time to end this cruelty. Sign the petition to show Massachusetts lawmakers, business and residents that animal cruelty has no place in a progressive, just society.
