Dear Governor Baker,

We, the people of Massachusetts over the age of 21, have the right to choose what we buy and don’t buy. The vaping ban is totally irrational. The deaths are NOT from vaping, Juul, or any other E-Cig. They are from knock off THC cartridges from China. Which are NOT regulated. Many cities and towns have regulated the sale of Juul FLAVORS. Which is fine to many. But we the people know that turning to cigarettes isn’t the answer. 480,000 people die every year from cigarettes in the US. Are you banning those? No. 88,000 die from alcohol every year in the US. Are you banning alcohol? No. 40,000 die from car accidents a year in the US. Are you going to ban cars? No. So WHY are you banning vaping products that are regulated? Juul themselves are regulated. Many companies are. Turn your 4 month ban around. Don’t be the one who turns people from vaping to actually smoking. Thank you.
