Justice for Victims of Morcellation NOW
The Issue
America is unaware of morcellation. Unaware of the deaths and harm caused to women by this device. The media has failed to properly investigate this event. Dr. Karen Wang was educated in the oncology principles: surgeons are to avoid cancer cell contamination. With full knowledge of the principles of oncology Dr. Karen Wang chopped up and spread leiomyosarcoma (LMS) throughout Dr. Amy Reeds body cavity. Wang failed to give Amy informed consent. She took action to risk Amy’s life and do harm to her. Wang did not follow the Oath of Hippocrates and "first do no harm". Restitution, fairness and justice is sought for victims and their families. Device corporations, the ACOG & AAGL have paid millions of dollars to make this evil event silent with disinformation and risk assessment programs. The FDA and other medical enforcement has failed to protect women from morcellation.
All physicians who have performed morcellation must have the state medical board revoke their license and be placed in a restitution/rehabilitation program. All state medical boards must have an ethics course and ritual of the oath of Hippocrates for all physicians for a license to practice medicine in each state and a yearly course update.
Many physicians have NEVER been educated in medical ethics. Every MD who used this device KNEW they were placing their patient at a risk of 2-3% minimally of death by the spread of cancer or spreading of other diseases at a much higher rate. Every physician in America learns the basic surgical oncology principle one does not spread cancerous tissue. This is a national crisis that has been covered up and those involved in the cover up must be prosecuted at the state/Federal levels with severe penalties. The nation needs to learn of the evil events of the ACOG-AAGL-Harvard-John Hopkins and others.
Victims did not have informed consent and suffered morcellation mayhem. Many suffered tortuous LMS deaths. The current limit on wrongful death in the courts needs to be removed for all victims of morcellation mayhem.
Dr. Karen Wang needs to be prosecuted by the Massachusetts and Maryland Medical Boards. She fled from Mass/Harvard to Maryland to hide her crimes and continue morcellation at John Hopkins. Both Harvard and John Hopkins have participated in marketing Dr. Wang with untruths and know they are risking the lives of patients.
