MA residents are getting fees from EZ pass without notices. Some fees that start out for $3.00 tolls are going upwards to $2500 in just months. Many times they do not allow an appeal. In order to renew driver's licenses and renew auto registration you must pay what they demand with the excessive fees. This has mostly occurred on the Tobin Bridge with the new pay by plate process.
