Please see below letter which SUOMOTO under "Epistolary Jurisdiction of Supreme Court of India" be taken as a Public Interest Litigation to STOP MASS SURVIELLANCE on 40 crore Indian Citizens forced upon using InMobi Glance software installed on their Android operating system Mobile Phones (Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi, etc)

PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION TO STOP MASS SURVILLANCE ON 40 CRORE INDIAN CITIZENS who are UNKNOWINGLY FORCED UPON "INMOBI GLANCE" i.e Mobile Software ON THEIR ANDROID MOBILE PHONES, GIVING ACCESS TO their (PII) Personally Identifiable Information AND MICROPHONE

BACKGROUND FACTS

Facts of the Concern raised to you via this PIL already pointed out in Cr WP 3317 of 2021 at Bombay High Court under Article 226 which the Hon’ble court has not even heard in last 4 years

Presently there are no appropriate PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION LAWS IN INDIA. An Indian company in 2020 launched a mobile software named as InMobi Glance, an Android SDK in technical language under the cover of Android Wallpaper Service which is embedded in every Android Mobile Phone o/s that you buy in India, be it Samsung, Oppo, Xiaomi, Mi, Vivo etc etc. As of today this software is involuntarily installed on 40 Crore Indian Citizens. This software InMobi Glance which comes preinstalled on the Mobile Phone hardware operating system working on Android Mobile Phones through their exclusive MoU signed with mobile manufacturers has root access of the Mobile Phone not only to COLLECT PII but also LISTENT TO MICROPHONE FOR AUDIO BEACONS as per their privacy policy and Patents filled in Indian Patent office "i.e Patent Application No. 201641004057, 201741002269, 201641004057". Multinationals such as Reliance Jio Platforms, Google, Facebook are investors in this Technology, with its founders having deep relations into ruling BJP Govt. The petitioner here himself being the Intellectual Property Patent Holder of this Technology on paper known as Sync2TV with Indian Patent Grant Number 458042 (issued since 2018) had filled a Cr WP 3317 of 2021 in Bombay High Court in 2021 under Article 226 to stop InMobi Glance from this UnVolunteered Mass Surveillance on 40 Crore Indians mobile phones that today unknowingly let InMobi Glance run on their Android Phones purchased from ANY retail store in India. Mumbai Police (Kurla Police Station), SP Maharashtra Cyber Crime, 32nd Floor CuffParade, "Shri Sanjay Shintre" have themselves called out this "NOT TO BE ANY OFFENCE AS PER LAWS of Today and Honble Judge A S Gadkari from Hon’ble Bombay High Court, have refused INTERIM RELIEF i.e FIR / EMBARGO on the TECHNOLOGY, and the future of the Public Interest case Cr WP 3317 of 2021@Bombay High Court concerning 40 crore Ignorant Indian Citizens is in doldrums for past 4 years. The petitioner who is PwD with 45% Benchmark Disability UDID No MH2390819780321336, is himself a VICTIM of such DATA FARMING and also the inventor of this technology registered with Indian Patent Grant No 458042 who first designed the Architecture of this NeuroMarketing Technology, which was intended to launch in China, and clearly not in India. Being concerned with its unappropriated use in India, Petitioner had filed a Criminal Writ Petition in the Bombay High Court via Cr WP 3317 of 2021 against the Govt of India and Maharashtra Cyber Crime to STOP this product i.e InMobi Glance. This Cr Writ petition@ Bombay High Court under Article 226 has been admitted but not even been heard for last 4 years, and what appears it wont be for next 4 more years. Meanwhile the interim relief for EMBARGO is not given, WHICH IN A WAY MAKES PII DATA FARMING LEGAL TILL this Cr WP 3317 of 2021 is been heard by Hon'ble Justice at Hon’ble Bombay High Court.

DIRECTION SOUGHT for the dilemma faced by the Petitioner

Petitioners own lawyer in the said case Cr WP 3317 of 2021 at Bombay High Court has with a promise of 1000 INR payment tasked him to secure PII of Hon'ble Justice Suryakant who is hearing this infamous lawyer in his own personal case against Bar Council of Mah & Goa in Supreme Court ahead of Hon'ble Justice Suryakant, case number SLP Civil 23285/2023 on 3rd Feb 2025. Since the AUTHORITIES HAVE THEMSELVES SAID there is no "LAW AS SUCH AT PRESENTLY in INDIA" and Kurla Police Station didn’t even register an FIR in 2018 for the petitioner, he is in a fix and want you to GIVE DIRECTION if "PRIVACY of the mentioned Hon’ble Justice Suryakant of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India hearing the matter SLP Civil 23285/2023 is ANY DIFFRENTLY PRIVATE from the 40 crore Indian Citizens using the product under question "? Please provide DIRECTION at the earliest
