As a visual artist, it is extremely hard to separate myself from the thousands of other artists. I am looking for my "Tribe" (Thank you Seth Godin) With like minded individuals who have love for the arts, I believe we can change the world of art and how we value art in society.

Why do we rely on Art institutions to determine what is good art? Why do many artists have a hard time to be accepted in galleries and museums? 

I believe that all artists should have a chance to show their art. Art should be inclusive to everyone and not just to the upper class or those who are in Academia.

If you did not receive an MFA from a prestigious school, it is more difficult to be taken serious as an artist.

My petition is to change that dynamic. With your support, I can create a new art market. Initially it will start with my art to generate sales and make a beginning impression of newness to the community. Also, a GoFundMe me will be posted as well. As I am provided more capital, I can invest these funds into a multi-purpose storefront and gallery. It will be through the establishment of the gallery where all of the change will begin!
