Last summer the USDA's Wildlife Services gassed 200 Canada geese and muskovy and mallard ducks at 3 city parks in Birmingham, AL., without telling anyone. The Airport Authority won't say how much the round-ups cost an already cash-strapped community or who authorized them. It is expected that there will be a repeat this summer unless stopped.
