William Edward Miller Jr. Is a pedophile-rapist who apparently has gotten away with something so inhumane and almost unspeakable.

He allegedly raped a 14 year old girl/child and then orchestrated it so that an 11 year old boy could then commit the same horrendous act on the same girl/child. He was also allegedly found with child pornography, and beastiality pornography.

His sentence is a joke, it basically says that if he keeps his nose clean and doesn't get into trouble, he gets away with this disgusting act of violence.

How is this happening?! This man should be in jail for life if not sentenced to the maximum sentence. 

This is a petition for this case to be reopened, and a proper judge to give a proper sentence, because this is unacceptable. Imagine this was your child, or any child you know. This animal took from this poor girl things that cannot be given back, and destroyed more lives in the process.

Please, help to rectify this injustice. The world is such a crazy place right now, but one thing for certain is people being held accountable for the wrong they do....please, these are our children and our future, this guy is a stain and deserves to be sterilized. Enough signatures can make a difference.
