I'm asking for support to reduce State prison sentence for violent offenders to be reduced to 65% instead of having to do 85% they deserve a second chance in this world, this will help the overcrowded prisons and for the incarcerated to make a difference out here most of them are sentence to 10,20,30 or more yrs in prison and by the time they are released they are between 45-60 yrs old and employers won't hire them because they don't have experience working.
