First off, for future MCU franchise projects that are of a true, full-on PG-13-rating-level nature(like the TV series "Agents of SHIELD") or an R-rating-level nature(like the TV series "Daredevil", the TV series "Jessica Jones", the TV series "Luke Cage", the TV series "Iron Fist", the TV series "The Punisher", the miniseries "The Defenders", and the TV series "Helstrom"), a new Marvel Studios opening production logo sequence should be used that is basically the one previously used for MCU TV series and the MCU miniseries "The Defenders", but with it ending with the word 'Studios' popping out from beneath the word 'Marvel', resulting in the original Marvel Studios logo. For future MCU franchise projects that are intended to be viewed by kids under the age of 12, there should be no non-family-friendly content(for example, sexual references, instances of characters being referred to as 'dicks', and usage of the word 'boner'), and with previous MCU franchise projects of this nature, for future home video releases & digital platform releases and on Disney Plus, there should be the option to watch said projects without any of the non-family-friendly content. When watching the film "Guardians of The Galaxy" in this manner, the word 'dick' should be replaced with the word 'jerk', with the mouth movements being digitally altered to reflect these replacements. With all future MCU franchise projects, there should be much more faithfulness to the comic books, the superhero/supervillain/super-anti-hero/super-anti-villain costume designs from the comic books should be embraced, there should be no race-swapping, gender-swapping, sexual-orientation-swapping, or gender-identity-swapping of preexisting Marvel characters, most of the chosen writers should be people who are well-knowledged in the lores and histories of Marvel's various IPs across various forms of media, and whenever an actor is reluctant or unable to reprise their role, the character that they've played should be recasted with an actor who resembles the previous actor and either naturally sounds just like or can manipulate their voice to sound just like the previous actor. Iron Man(AKA Tony Stark), the Black Widow(AKA Natasha Romanoff and Natalia Romanova), Pietro Maximoff, Gamora, the Warriors Three(which consists of Fandral, Hogun, and Volstagg), Heimdall, the Executioner(AKA Skurge), Loki, Thanos, Ebony Maw, Corvus Glaive, Proxima Midnight, Cull Obsidian(AKA Black Dwarf), the Iron Monger(AKA Obadiah Stane), Malekith, Algrim, Ronan The Accuser, Ulysses Klaue(AKA Klaw), and Killmonger(AKA N'Jadaka, Eric Stevens, and Eric Killmonger) should somehow be resurrected, and Captain America(AKA Steve Rogers) should somehow be de-aged, as there are decades worth of material to pull from for future MCU franchise projects that these characters should be used in. For future direct-to-streaming MCU TV series seasons that have 20-something episodes, the episodes should be released in 2 batches, with the first 12 to 14 episodes being released on the day of a season's premiere, and the rest of the episodes being released 2 or 3 months later, and for future direct-to-streaming MCU miniseries & maxiseries, all of the episodes should be released on the day of a miniseries or maxiseries's premiere. The episodes of these TV series, miniseries, & maxiseries should be anywhere from 45 minutes long(without counting the opening & closing production logo sequences and the intro & outro sequences) to 64 minutes long(without counting the opening & closing production logo sequences and the intro & outro sequences). It should be established that SHIELD members Nick Fury, Timothy 'Dum Dum' Dugan, John Garrett(who was secretly a member of Hydra), Gabriel 'Gabe' Jones, Jimmy Woo, and Sidney Levine, as well as Hydra members Baron Wolfgang von Strucker, Baron Heinrich Zemo, and Vasily Karpov have prolonged their lives & slowed down their aging processes by continually using the Infinity Formula(which, alongside the Forever Compound, is a diluted form of the Elixir of Life(AKA the Elixir Vitae)). The MCU version of the SHIELD division SWORD should be an amalgam of the comic book versions of SWORD and Starcore, with the MCU version of SWORD being founded by Peter Corbeau and ran by Abigail Brand. There shouldn't be an MCU version of the Commission On Superhuman Affairs(AKA the Commission On Superhuman Activities)(the CSA and the Commission for short), due to the fact that the existence of SHIELD makes it redundant, so, the MCU versions of the characters who are members of the CSA in the comics should be members of SHIELD. There shouldn't be MCU versions of the Mighty Avengers and the Uncanny Avengers, and the characters who were members of those teams in the comic books should simply be members of the Avengers.

There should be a big-budget, Disney Plus original live-action "Black Widow" TV series that follows the Black Widow(AKA Natasha Romanoff and Natalia Romanova) after she has been resurrected. It should be established that Ivan Romanova(AKA Ivan Romanoff)(who's the biological father of Natalia Romanova(AKA Natasha Romanoff and the Black Widow)) faked his death and took on the name 'Ivan Petrovich Bezukhov', and that he has a son named Yuri Petrovich Bezukhov(AKA Dimitri Bukharin).

The 1st season of this TV series should be started with a multi-parter that's based on the comic book story "The Fire Next Time". This multi-parter should be followed by an episode that's based on the comic book story "Black Widow: Freefall".

There should be a big-budget, Disney Plus original live-action "The Winter Guard" TV series. The MCU version of the Winter Guard should be an amalgam of the comic book versions of the Winter Guard, the Soviet Supersoldiers, the Supreme Soviets, and the People's Protectorate. The original line-up of the Winter Guard should be Piotr Phobos(AKA Pieter Phobos), the Red Guardian(AKA Alexei Shostakov), Vanguard(AKA Nikolai Krylenko) & Darkstar(AKA Laynia Petrovna and Laynia Krylova)(who are siblings), Ursa Major(AKA Mikhail Ursus), the 2nd Crimson Dynamo(AKA Yuri Petrovich Bezukhov and Dimitri Bukharin), the Steel Guardian(AKA Josef Petkus), Sputnik(AKA Vostok and Anatoly), Valeri Soyloyev & Perun, and Fantasia.

The TV series "Agent Carter" should be revived as a Disney Plus original for a 3rd season that's 8 episodes long, ties up all of the loose ends of the series, and leads into the short film "Marvel One-Shot: Agent Carter". In the 3rd season, Margaret 'Peggy' Carter should discover that the Council of Nine are the highest-ranking members of an organization called the Secret Empire, which is a subsidiary of an organization called THEM that was created by Hydra.

There should be a big-budget, Disney Plus original live-action "Captain America" TV series that's 1 season long, has 18 episodes, takes place during the months-long gap of time before the Red Skull(AKA Johann Schmidt)'s defeat near the end of "Captain America: The First Avenger", pulls from the comic book miniseries "Captain America: First Vengeance"(which was made with the intention of it being set in the MCU), and follows Captain America(AKA Steve Rogers), Bucky(AKA James Buchanan Barnes), the Howling Commandos(including new member James Howlett(who later becomes known as 'Logan' and 'Wolverine'), whose time as a member of the team is brief), and the Invaders(which consists of the 1st Human Torch(AKA the Synthetic Man and Jim Hammond), Toro(AKA Thomas Raymond), Namor The Sub-Mariner, and Union Jack(AKA James Montgomery Falsworth)(who's also one of the Howling Commandos)). Iron Cross(AKA Helmut Gruler), the Ringmaster(AKA Fritz Tiboldt) & his Circus of Crime, Baron Wolfgang von Strucker, Baron Heinrich Zemo(whose mask gets melted to his face by Adhesive X(AKA Virus X) during a confrontation with Captain America), and Herr Klaiser(who's secretly a Chitauri) should appear. There should be a Disney Plus original animated "The Howling Commandos" & "The Invaders" TV series titled "The Howling Commandos & The Invaders" that picks up after Captain America got frozen & put into suspended animation, and covers the exploits of the Howling Commandos & the Invaders all the way through to the 1950s. The MCU version of the Invaders should be an amalgam of the comic book versions of the Invaders, the Liberty Legion, and the All-Winners Squad. In this TV series, the Howling Commandos should be led by Nick Fury. There should be Disney Plus original animated TV series for the other Marvel superheroes that were active during the 1940s & 1950s. "The Howling Commandos & The Invaders" should be followed by a TV series titled "Sgt Fury & His Howling Commandos" that follows the exploits of the Howling Commandos through to the 1960s. This TV series should be followed by a TV series titled "Nick Fury, Agent of SHIELD" that both follows Nick Fury before "Captain Marvel" and fills in the gap between "Captain Marvel" and "Iron Man". This TV series should pull from the comic book series "Nick Fury, Agent of SHIELD", the comic book miniseries "Nick Fury VS SHIELD", and the one-shot comic book "Fury". There should also be a "Freedom's Five" TV series.

There should be a Disney Plus original animated TV series that revolves around the Brotherhood of the Shield, the organization that was the precursor to the SSR and SHIELD. There should be a Disney Plus original animated TV series that shows the history of Hydra(which was originally called the Thule Society) from it's creation all the way to shortly before Steve Rogers went to enlist in the US Military.

There should be a big-budget, Disney Plus original live-action "Hulk" TV series titled "The Incredible Hulk: The Series" that takes place before the events of the film "The Incredible Hulk", starting with the events that led to the experiment that created the Hulk. When Bruce Banner is transforming into the Hulk for the first time, before his skin turns green and the transformation completes, his skin should turn gray. The series should follow the man-on-the-run formula of Bruce Banner trying to find either a cure to the Hulk or a way to control the Hulk, while evading General Ross & the Strategic Operations Command Center(the SOCC for short)(AKA the Hulkbusters)(which should be affiliated with the military contractor Atheon, like in the 2003 live-action "Hulk" film), and the National Register reporter named Jack McGee(Note: the Jack McGee seen in the film "The Incredible Hulk" should be the son of the reporter), who, along with the rest of the general public, except Elizabeth 'Betty' Ross, has been led to believe that Bruce Banner is dead. The series should run for 7 seasons, with each season having at least 24 episodes. Each episode should be anywhere from 45 minutes long(without counting the opening & closing production logo sequences and the intro & outro sequences) to 64 minutes long(without counting the opening & closing production logo sequences and the intro & outro sequences). The MCU version of Brian Banner should be an amalgam of the comic book version of Brian Banner and DW Banner from the classic live-action "Hulk" TV series, with Brian being remorseful of his drunken violence towards Bruce, Bruce's sister, Helen Banner, and his wife/their mother, Rebecca Banner, when Bruce and Helen were children, and having killed Rebecca in a drunken rage when Bruce was 8 years old, after which, Bruce and Helen were taken in by Susan Banner-Drake(who's one of their aunts and one of Brian's sisters). This TV series's pilot should be a 2-parter and it should begin with Bruce having a peaceful-dream-turned-nightmare that acts as an homage to the one at the beginning of the pilot movie for the classic live-action "Hulk" TV series(the same music composition used in that scene should be used in this scene), and the dream should be comprised of memories from Bruce's childhood involving good times that Bruce, Helen, Rebecca, and Brian spent together, and the abuse that Bruce, Helen, and Rebecca endured from Brian due to his overdrinking of alcohol. As a nod to the comic book series "Marvel Adventures: Hulk", the monkey named Monkey should appear in a scene in the 1st episode and should be depicted as a Culver University research animal. There should be episodes where Bruce reunites with people that he befriended in previous episodes. There should be the following homages to the classic live-action "Hulk" TV series: The character Elaina Harding Marks should be in the 2-part pilot and should die in the same fashion that she did in the pilot movie for the classic TV series. The intro sequence should be modeled after the intro sequence for the classic live-action TV series and the intro sequence's narration should go "Dr Bruce Banner: Physician, scientist. Searching for a way to tap into the hidden strength that all humans have. Then, a seemingly accidental overdose of gamma radiation alters his body chemistry. And, now, when Bruce Banner grows very angry, stressed, or fearful, a startling metamorphosis occurs. The creature is driven by rage and pursued by a US Military general and an investigative reporter. The creature is wanted by the reporter for a murder he didn't commit. Bruce Banner is believed by the general public to be dead, and he must let the world think that he is dead, until he can find a way to rid himself of or control the raging spirit that dwells within him.". The version of the music composition "The Lonely Man" used in the intro sequence for the classic live-action "Hulk" TV series should be used in the intro sequence of this TV series. The version of "The Lonely Man" used at the ends of episodes and during the end credits sequences of episodes of the classic live-action TV series should be used at the ends of episodes and during the end credits sequences of episodes of this TV series. Recaps should start with "Here is a recap of the previous episode of "The Incredible Hulk: The Series".", like how "Here are some scenes from the last episode of "The Incredible Hulk"." was used for recaps in the classic live-action "Hulk" TV series. All of the music compositions from the classic live-action "Hulk" TV series and it's 3 TV movie sequels should be used. The Hulk should not speak until the 12th episode of the 1st season, and the first thing that he says should be "Hulk....smash!".

All of the stories from the classic live-action "Hulk" TV series and all of the stories from the 1978 "Hulk" comic strip series should be used for this TV series. During the first 12 episodes of the 1st season, Rick Jones(who should be 18 years old) should be travelling with Bruce Banner and helping him evade General Ross & the SOCC(AKA the Hulkbusters) and Jack McGee, and Rick should establish the Teen Brigade. Hulk's speaking lines should be performed by Mark Ruffalo, with archival recordings of growls & roars done for previous versions of Hulk by Lou Ferrigno, Ted Cassidy, Charles Napier, Bob Holt, Graig Robertson, Mark Gibbon, JB Blanc, and Fred Tatasciore being used for many of Hulk's growls & roars. Like each episode of the classic live-action "Hulk" TV series, each episode of this TV series should start with a sneak peek of events in the episode, and then, the intro sequence should be shown.
