Bucky Barnes and Natasha Romanoff met each other under the most unfortunate circumstances while they were both subjects in the Red Room, stripped of their own freedom and agency. Through their bond they managed to rediscover the humanity in each other in a place where love was not supposed to exist. Even though they have been cruelly separated by their handlers, over the years they have rebuilt their love, creating a supportive relationship made of respect and a mutual understanding. We could appreciate their beautiful relationship through the pages of Ed Brubaker's acclaimed "Captain America" run. Sadly tragedy breaks again into their life and at the end of the "Winter Soldier" run (2012) Bucky and Natasha were separated against their will. Since then, while making constant hints about their relationship and the fact that both are still in love with each other, Marvel has never allowed them to really face their past and have a chance to really get back together. On numerous occasions, Bucky and Natasha met again along the way, supporting each other, but their beautiful relationship was never further explored!

Now, after more than 10 years of little hints and references, but nothing concrete happening on the comic pages, fans have decided to go try a petition to ask that these two beloved characters can finally have the happiness they deserve and getting back together for good.

Marvel itself acknowledges this as one of the most beloved and tragic love stories in their universe, and we all think it's time it gets its opportunity to shine again!

So we are asking Marvel to give Bucky and Natasha a real chance again as a couple, letting them have their own arc in a comic run or in solo mini series, so that their meaningful and intense bond may have the space and attention it rightfully deserves!

Over the years these two iconic and beloved characters have gained a huge following, as it's easy to see checking the social (twitter and tumblr ahead) when someting about them is being released. Sure all the fan would be absolutely extatic about their reunion!
