Marvel Should Have Sins Past Officially Erased from Marvel Continuity

Marvel Should Have Sins Past Officially Erased from Marvel Continuity
The Issue
The Sins Past story line is an abomination of Spider-Man stories. It defiles the character of Gwen Stacy by forcing her to have a dalliance with Spider-Man's nemesis Norman Osborn. Thus producing abominable offspring, which grow at an accelerated rate. This travesty of story line defiles Gwen Stacy's character as it forces her into actions that any true Spider-Man fan would know she would never commit. Even the writer J Michael Straczynski wished to erase it and everything connected to it after the One More Day story line, but Marvel editors (namely Joe Quesada) for some idiotic reason chose to veto this proposal, these editors (again primarily Joe Quesada) were the ones who originally forced him to change the original story line, where Peter Parker was to be the father of the children, to what is now regarded as one of the worst stories to exist in comic media. This change was completely unnecessary as the only thing the change accomplished was desecrate Gwen Stacy's faithful character. Gwen was no saint in the comics, but she definitely was not a cheater. This story line has since been ignored by writers and fans alike and may as well be non existent. Why not make it official Marvel? No one likes that story. It is useless and pointless. All it does is show vulgarity and desecration of an otherwise great character. She was already dead, you have to kick her while she is down by creating a story line that has no real purpose. Just be rid of it already and the fans will rejoice! After all happy fans are what keep the company alive and by officially doing away with this idiotic story line and restoring Gwen Stacy's innocence you will be making many fans happy.
