Signing this petition will raise awareness and hopefully instill confidence in Marvel that as a fanbase we are 100% on board with Toby Maguire reprising his iconic role as Spider Man in Captain America: Civil War (2016) and the Marvel solo film in 2017-18.

"During a comic con over at Akron, Tobey Maguire told reporters that he absolutely misses playing Spider-Man and said that 'I would play him again (talking about the Spider-Man role) in a heartbeat but make no mistake they (Marvel) haven't talked to me about it'"

WHY?

Maguire was the iconic super hero before anyone else, he made it cool to be a super hero, when people think of Iron Man they think Robert Downey Jr, when we think Spidey...we think Toby Maguire.
