The series wasn't finished properly and ended with a massive cliffhanger. Since Andrew Garfield has been replaced with Tom Holland the series can't continue on the big screen. A good way to continue the rich story line is to have it live on in comic form. All we'd really like to see is a satisfying conclusion, something to really cap off the series.
