Demand Zachery Terwillger, the U.S Attorney of Virginia to review USA vs Marsha King

The Issue

I would like people all over the world to sign this petition and request that Zachery Terwillger, the United States Attorney of Virginia review Marsha King's Criminal Case proceeding for Misconduct. Marsha is a sweet loving person that would do anything to help anyone. Even prior to her arrest she was an advocate for those that are incarcerated. Marsha was arrested and convicted at the age of 37 years for 12 counts of Aggravated Identity Theft and Two counts of theft of Government Money in Norfolk, Virginia. She was accused of stealing a binder that contained the names, social security number and date of birth of students of an After School program called Peer Power at a local Memphis High School from the home of her sister, Meah King who is also a teacher at East High School in Memphis, Tennessee. Every since the first day she was arrested she has fought with the United States Assistant US Attorney Joseph Kosky and all three court appointed Attorneys requested an Investigation to be done in Memphis, Tennessee and the federal case transferred to Memphis, Tennessee. In return, she was treated harshly by her Court Appointed Attorneys. As a result, she filed several motions prior to trial Pro Se to the Judge Rebecca Smith asking that she intervene and make the Court Appointed Trial Attorney conduct an investigation with the School District and interview witnesses. Judge Rebecca Smith refuse to assist Marsha King as well as talked and treated Marsha in a horrific way all the way to her trial. Marsha fought back and filed a recusal against Judge Smith after her trial and Judge Smith voluntarily recused herself. In retaliation for that, the court appointed Probation officer prepared a presentence report that contained false statements and Marsha sentence jumped from a maximum 6 years to 10 years and she was subsequently sentenced to 8 years. After her conviction, with the help of social media, FB and her sister, Marva King Marsha was able to obtain over ten witnesses three of which were on the indictment, six were former students of East high School and attended Peer Power and two, an employee of Peer Power along and other relevant documents to prove that she never accessed these students information from a binder and the Court has refused to Grant her relief. The Court has given inconsistent reasons for not Granting Motion relief depending on the type of Motion she file. Marsha has fought her case Pro Se and the Court has looked upon her as being unreasonable and hard to work with. Marsha deserves a fair Judge and a fair trial as well as a fair Prosecutor. She has been in prison for almost four years and has not given up but we need the Public to stand with her and with her daughter and demand that she is given a fair opportunity to present her case with a Fair, impartial Judge preside over her case. Please sign this Petition and share it with your family and friends. You can also read about her story in entirity by visiting her FB Marsha King, memphis, tennessee and her Group Page, Federal Village.
