Living in the historic old town part of Dawlish, parking is a huge problem.  Parking was always eased by the free car parking at the Manor House.  This is now been refused and is locked away empty, every night and at weekends.  There is a total of 41 spaces, we are asking for 19 of these spaces in the front car park to be returned to the people of Dawlish.  This will help considerably in the local area to ease some of the parking problems.
