With no consultation with the paying football supporter video assistant referee (VAR) has been introduced in to English Football and is on course to change the game as we know it. 

For fans that attend matches, travel across the country to watch their team and chasing that buzz of celebrating a goal, this system drains all excitement from the game and will completely ruin the match day experience as we know it. 

Games are being held up for minutes at a time for the apparent correct decision, decisions that are subjective and still open to opinion no matter how many officials view them. 

This is not rugby league, this is not cricket. It's football. A game that has survived and flourished for 150 years and is as popular as its ever been. There is no need for change. 

The decision to run and support VAR has been made by people that don't attend football matches as a supporter.

Football is nothing without supporters. This should be our decision.
