This is a petition for the approval by council to allow the change of council zoning from warehouse space on West Burleigh Road to retail, for the proposed Gun Shop.  This shop is a multi year project that has met every legal, licensing, Police and security requirement.  It has undergone a complete renovation to ensure absolute security and safety.   The application to change the zoning is the final stept that could only be applied for if all of the above are pre approved and confirmed to comply to legal and local ligislation and requirements.
