The violence witnessed at the Capitol building is a direct result of the actions of Sen. Marsha Blackburn and Bill Hagerty. Blackburn and Hagerty provoked and invited the destruction of our most sacred institutions and traditions. They have failed to honestly and properly represent Tennesseans and Americans. Their rejection of the peaceful exchange of power without evidence or rational explanation demonstrates their failure to perform their elected purpose: to uphold and defend the constitution. For this reason, Marsha Blackburn and Bill Hagerty must resign at once.
