Representatives Brian Sims and Stephen McCarter introduced House Bill 1686 that would legalize marriage equality. Its companion bill in the PA Senate is SB 719. Both pieces of legislation need a boost, and petitions like this one would sure help give on-the-fence legislators the support they need to push these bills out of their respective committees and to a floor vote.
