According to an article out of Cincinnati...

"For people who cannot provide proof of either, they can request a refund.

"Within 72 hours of the concert, you can request a refund at point of purchase. Point of purchase is where ever you purchased your tickets from, which means if you went through ticket master, you request it through Ticketmaster. If you came to our box office, it would be through our box office and if you went through a third party, like a ticket broker, you must go back to them to get your refund,' "

Dallas concert is now within the 72 hour window. I attempted for another refund from Ticketmaster to see what happened and I got a message that I can expect to receive my refund in as soon as 30 days.
