Yesterday Maroon 5 changed their concert attendance requirements. Fully vaccinated or negative COVID test 48 hours prior to attending. Goes into effect starting with the Dallas stop on August 16th. 

As fans we were not given proper notice (6 days) of the requirements. We are outside the refund window and many of us do not have the access needed to get the required test.

Since you have changed your attendance policy you should allow your fans to receive a full refund outside of the refund window time if we can not meet the requirements on such short notice.

Keeping our money for the tickets many of us bought pre-COVID is not the way to treat your fans, especially during this unprecedented time when many of us have faced unemployment or times of extreme stress from working the front lines.
