Marks and Spencer have announced a proposal to close the M&S store at 46 High Road, Wood Green. 

Marks & Spencer is a significant presence on the high street in Wood Green, providing 59 direct jobs but also bringing many more people into the area each day to shop.   Its closure would be a real blow and we urge M&S to reconsider their decision and stay in Wood Green.
