The Metaverse is a dangerous, scary and depressing invention. Think of the Turtles! There will have to be a trade off between privacy and free speech like we are seeing in the real world already. It will also open up new opportunity's for surveillance and bad things. It is like in the first Spongebob movie where they all put the metal buckets on there heads and then go around doing whatever plankton says until Spongebob and David Hasslehoff save the day.
