68th & Carr Development Status

Hello, neighbor, In the process for new development, a builder submits several materials--application, building plans, etc. City staff and others review the materials and respond with comments and requests for changes. The City is reviewing the builder's third submission of these materials. Within two weeks, it will determine whether it needs additional information or whether the materials are complete. If incomplete, the review process continues. However, if complete, a public hearing will be scheduled, and notices for the public hearing will be posted on the property and mailed to the owners of adjacent properties. Not everyone affected by the proposed development at 68th & Carr receives this status update.
