Father's are suffering to see their children. States are refusing them rights. Many because their children were born out of wedlock. This petition is aimed at stopping these insane and discriminating laws. Society views father's as deadbeats. As dad's who do not care. What society doesn't understand is that father's are not given the same rights as the mothers. I petition to give 50/50 physical custody of both parents. If both parents are of able mind and body to support and are willing to care for their children than Physical Custody should belong to both parents. Father's should not have to go to court, rack up thousands of attorney fees and still risk not receiving their rights just so they can see their child. Especially, when father's are already having to pay state fees just to make a child support payment. Father's and even children are at a higher risk of legal problems, depression and even suicide by how the father's are being treated and even neglected by the state. This petition will not only change father children relationships but save lives as well.
