Oppose Larkspur Landing Plan

The Issue

We, the undersigned, ask the City of Larkspur to reject the Larkspur SMART Station Area Plan with its proposal to add 920 units of housing.  Further, we urge the Council to reject office and commercial development plans that increase traffic and do not adhere to zoning regulations. 

Instead, we urge the Council to work with the community, rather than regional agencies, so as to identify minimum impact strategies to preserve small town character, address local housing needs,  enhance traffic  flow,  and protect the aesthetic beauty and views at this cherished gateway to Marin.
