Parking Eye do not allow enough time for shoppers to get round the Riverside Retail Park Chelmsford, with their 2hour time limit on shopping.  I went in 2 shops yesterday with my daughter and Granddaughter, there were another 4 shops we wanted to look in but couldnt.  The whole Parking Eye time limit for this retail park is a farce.  Chelmsford is supposed to be a City and you cant even look round a retail park with enjoyment rather than fret about the parking time!! It needs to change.  The residents of Chelmsford and people visiting Chelmsford are affected.  I would like to see this changed from the 2 hour time limit to 4 hours.  Public toilets on Retail Parks wouldnt go amiss either.  So many people have been fined in this Car Park.  Its such a farce.
