Justice for Snow

Justice for Snow
The Issue
Snow, a family’s pet cat, was savagely kicked to death and tossed in a dumpster by a Pulaski County, KY resident. He was indicted of this crime after witnesses came forward. The accused has since been placed on house arrest, and his next court appearance is March 23, 2016.
We are asking for your support in urging the Pulaski County Attorney to prosecute this as it should be—a felony deserving jail time. No plea deal. This is not just neglect or abuse; the cat’s death was deliberate. He was kicked multiple times and thrown out like a piece of trash.
Kentucky ranks at the very bottom of all states in their protection of animals via legislation. Kentucky does however have a law on the books making animal abuse a felony. SB 58 which was an amendment to Statute 525.130 proper statute: http://www.lrc.ky.gov/Statutes/statute.aspx?id=19937
Please join other Pulaski County and Kentucky citizens who are outraged at the death of Snow, sign this petition so authorities know that the public will no longer allow this type of behavior to go unpunished.
Pulaski County has more than 63,000 residents; make your voice heard and count. Sign for SNOW! Thank you.
