On November 28th, 2018 Instagram model Desriee Davis [whose Instagram user names are @officialsmileyasian @officialsmileyasian_ and @officialsmileyasian__ ] was a guest on the popular YouTube talk show "UnWineWithTashaK" and shared with the show's host Tasha K and her audience of nearly 500,000 viewers that doctors informed her that her death was impending if she did not receive a surgury to remove silicone implanted into her gluteus performed illegally by an unlicensed practitioner in a hotel 7 years prior. 

Desiree Davis gained social media noteriety after posting an online video from a hospital emergency room bed where she pretended to be devastated after learning of her impending death.

Major media/news outlets, namely, BET, Atlanta Black Star, Yahoo Style Canada and Legit.ng [Nigeria] errorneously published articles of Desiree Davis dying/having serious health complications due to the illegal butt injections; articles that Desiree Davis would later use in her Death Scam to bolster her claims of dying, to appear on radio shows/talk shows and to encourage people to donate to a GoFundMe fundraising campaign where donors could crowdfund to pay for the corrective surgery needed to "save her life", an urgent surgery Desiree Davis claims the Emergency Room doctor made her aware that she would need during her ER visit to St. David's Medical Center -Austin, Texas on November 10th. 2018. None of the above mentioned media outlets have yet to retract their articles as of February 20, 2019.

Desiree Davis compelled the viewing audience of "UnWineWithTashaK" to donate to a GoFundMe campaign that she had created to pay for the corrective surgery which raised her nearly $15,000 USD. 

Since her appearance on "UnWineWithTashaK" Desiree Davis's hospital discharge documents from the night she loaded the viral video to social media, Nov 11, 2018, have surfaced on the internet that shows that she is healthy, had not been informed that she was dying or near death and that all of the test conducted on her that night results' were normal/within normal range. Her cheif complaint were abdominal pain.

Desiree Davis's online plea for money, for surgery, to save her life caught the attention of Anivia Cruz, executive producer of the television show "Killer Curves" which aires on the television network BET. Anivia Cruz, herself, a survivor of the same botched surgery Desiree Davis claimed she was dying from.

Anivia Cruz appeared on the same YouTube talkshow "UnWineWithTashaK" published February 13, 2019 where she disclosed to host Tasha K that while in conversation with Desiree Davis to work with her television show "Killer Curves", Anivia learned that Desiree Davis had never seen a doctor regarding the injected silicone, was never told by anyone that she was dying, that Desiree Davis refused to be seen by the doctors recommended by Anivia Cruz in conjunction with appearing on the television show "Killer Curves" and that Desiree Davis had fraudulently solicited donations on GoFundMe under false pretenses.

Desiree Davis has posted social media photos at the office of reconstructive plastic surgeon Dr. Gallerani as part of this "death scam" whose office manager MaryAnn appeared on "UnWineWithTashaK" on Nov 13, 2018 along with Anivia Cruz, as a call in, to confirm that Desiree Davis was not a patient and had used images of Dr. Gallerani to falsely create the impression that she was receiving treatment with the monies raised on GoFundMe.

As of today, February 14th 2019, Desiree Davis has yet to receive any corrective surgery, purchased a new vehicle, withdrawn all remaining funds left in the GoFundMe campaign account and has deactivated the GoFundMe campaign in response to donors reporting it as fraudulent. 

Desiree Davis is currently promoting a book in conjuction with her death scam titled "Behind the Scar" that she uses to help solicit donations to "save her from dying" along with t-shirts and other merchandise - all premised on the lie, that she is dying.

Desiree Davis is a resident of Austin Texas. Since being exposed as a death scammer online there has been countless testimonies from people in Austin Texas attesting that Desiree Davis is known and has a reputation in her town and community as being a professional scammer there as well.

Please sign this petition today to have the office of Margaret Moore, District Attorney for Travis County, Austin Texas investigate Desiree Davis for fraud, wire fraud, illegal fundraising campaign ..
