Our dog Bandit was picked up in Archer County by Cheryl Miller, the director of the Wichita County Humane Society. On the day we called to claim our dog, she had already neutered him and adopted him out. Even though their policy states that they have to have the dog 3 days before that can happen. We called at 4:30ish, according to her the cut off was 4. We were told that the new owners were walking out with him as we were on the phone. We want our dog returned to his rightful home.
