Demand the resignation of Katherine Fernandez Rundle current State Attorney for Miami-Dade County in Florida. For her refusal to press charges against 4 prison guards in Florida and wrongfully convicted a teenager for the murder of prominent New York Rabbi.

Not only was the teenager was innocent but was convicted anyway which is a violation of Federal Law and Local Law. He was later exonerated. The Mentally Ill man that was murdered by the 4 prison guards was caught on film and there were testimony and witnesses but she still refused to prosecute them. Some like her who lacks integrity shouldn't be in office representing the public and I ask for her immediate resignation or firing. 

We cannot allow a State Attorney who doesn't do her job and is incompetent and simply doesn't have proper judgement to do the right thing when asked of her.

We demand her removal from office.
