“Humanely killing” the mama black bear for defending her cubs from someone’s dog is not an adequate solution after we have destroyed their habitat in order to build. The cubs should not have to live life without their mother. They should ALL be rehomed. Public safety is not of concern although that is the FWC’s reason to euthanize.
