RagDoll was sadly hit by a car on March 8th, 2022, in a residential area. This has left my family devastated. We have seen him struggle for the past week, fighting for his life. We are doing everything we possibly can to keep him alive and comfortable. He now has become a paraplegic from the waist down, all because people do not follow the speed limit instilled. Speed limit signs are posted for a reason. It is to keep everyone safe, including animals.

I am creating this petition so our state will emplace speed bumps in residential areas, as well as lowering the speed limits. This is for both the protection of animals and children. I have witnessed way too many animals being hit by drivers who do not pay attention and speed, and I find it ridiculous. This needs to be stopped. Now obviously, it is not going to completely end this issue, but it will limit it. People need to realize that the speed limit is important to follow. It can save a life.

All I ask is that you all sign this petition. If enough people sign, hopefully, they will do something about this issue. But trust that if they do not, they will continuously hear from me, until they do something. Any amount of help will do. Thank you all for taking the time to read this.
