I would like to have change.org maintain their RESTful API.  There's a real need to have petitions in the world, and new idea on how to use and implement them in an affective manner.  Developers like myself who need a resource such as this website and a petition generator. 

Outside of change.org and whitehouse.gov there are almost no RESTful API's to work with.  Both this API and the API for whitehouse.gov have significant issues that need to be addressed.  I don't feel I'm asking for much.  I just want change.org to offer their services in the most optimal way possible.  Outside of change.org, where do I turn?  whitehouse.gov?  They can't even send me an authentication email to access their development environment. 

Help me push change.org to do what is right and fix and maintain their RESTful API.  Sign this petition.
