

Transparency From Sprint about iPhone 7 Preorders
The Issue
We have been lied to repeatedly. Information regarding our preorders for the iPhone 7 and 7 plus has been withheld from us in an attempt to prevent customers from leaving Sprint. Customer Service Representatives openly lie to customers in order to get them off of the phone.
We want to know where our iPhones are. We want to know why our dates keep changing, and why we, as customers, are the ones that must suffer because of this. We want to know why accurate, up-to-date information is impossible to receive. We want to know why each rep we speak to tells us differing information .
