Allow responsible hobbyists to work with Transport Canada to make regulations around fpv

Everyone who flies (multirotors, fixed wing aircrafts, ariel photographers, gliders, slope soarers, park flyers, thermal soarers, and heli pilots) was affected by the new transport Canada regulations, regarding "drones" and "drone" safety. Rules and regulations should be put into place to prevent damage to property or any person(s). Unfortunately, the current regulations are unjust, do more to harm, and penalise the hobby as well as the responsible individuals who take appropriate precautions when flying. Transport Canada should work with pilots to develop better legislation, people have been flying responsibly for years and these new regulations make it impossible for almost anyone to fly. Especially in high density areas across Canada. The actions of a few irresponsible individual's do not represent the behaviour or image anyone in this hobby wishes to portray. We just want to make new friends, enjoy the outdoors, and fly. These new rules and proposed penalties make it impossible for anyone to fly without the fear of heavy fines or criminal charges. People in the hobby should be able to voice their concerns and provide their feedback to establish a balance between the safety of all Canadians, as well as helping the hobby grow in a safe manner.
