As the impacted and concerned stakeholders of 100 West Maplewood Avenue and The Maplewood Mall 19144 we request planned construction on the Mall Cease & Desist until stakeholders and concerned community members can meet and formally address outstanding impactful issues such as timelines, removal of trees, removing brick surfaces, construction parking, and infrastructure concerns which could lead to business closures. 

It is our intention to put our concerns in writing and meet to discuss our concerns with our District Councilperson Cindy Bass.
