We, the residents of the Maplebrook subdivision, a suburban HOA neighborhood in Olive Branch, Mississippi since 2010, are formally requesting immediate action to address the deteriorating condition of our neighborhood streets.

Maplebrook is a well-established HOA community of 109 homes, and our streets have reached a point where potholes, crumbling pavement, and surface failures are no longer minor inconveniences — they are safety hazards. Residents have experienced vehicle damage, difficulty navigating streets, and growing concern about emergency vehicle access.

Despite reporting these issues over time, the conditions continue to worsen. As taxpayers and homeowners, we believe our neighborhood deserves the same level of attention and infrastructure maintenance as other areas within the city.

We are asking the City of Olive Branch to:
Conduct an on-site evaluation of Maplebrook streets
Provide a clear plan or timeline for repairs or resurfacing
Include Maplebrook in upcoming street maintenance or capital improvement planning
This petition represents the collective voice of Maplebrook residents. With 109 households, our neighborhood is unified in asking city leadership to take action and prioritize the safety and livability of our community.

A formal letter, along with this petition and its signatures, will be submitted to our alderman for review and action.

We respectfully ask city leadership to hear our concerns and work with us toward a timely solution.
