We, the residents of Manteca, oppose the proposed Walmart Supercenter because our city deserves growth that improves our community — not growth that creates more problems.

Why Oppose It?

More Traffic

Our roads are already crowded. A Walmart Supercenter would bring heavier traffic, longer delays, and more congestion every day.

More Crime & Safety Concerns

Large retail centers often bring more theft, parking lot incidents, and strain on police resources.

Homelessness & Property Issues

Big-box parking lots can create ongoing problems with loitering, dumping, and unmanaged public spaces.

No Real Upgrade for Manteca

We already have Walmart options nearby. If our city is growing, we deserve better shopping, dining, entertainment, and quality businesses — not more of the same.
