For over a decade, Jacksonville residents have been getting mulch and other landscape services from the vendors who lease the area. However, Conway Management, the owners of Manor Center, are now placing a wall blocking business such as Property Management Unlimited and Conrad's Crabs from the rest of the shopping center. This wall will force Property Management Unlimited to cease all mulch operations, make it harder for consumers to reach their destinations, and cause heavier traffic within the shopping center itself. Even though employees of PMU, Conrad's, and The Owl and the Moon Consignment shops constantly patronize the Manor Center's establishments, they are being pushed out by the greedy head corporation.
