after nirbhaya nothing stopped...still women feel unsafe while walking on street at night....roads are unsafe......to make them safe and to give protection police patrolling vans no should increase ...in fact in  every area 2.. 3..patrolling vans should be compulsory with women constables.......there should be a survey of every single place regarding this issue .....so we can get data of places which are more unsafe and lonely..........am sure if law and order should be implemented strictly and police patrolling will increase ..it can bring change and give women more protection.......looking forward for a change
