Women in country are not safe because such rapist roam around freely in county. It has been so long that this problem prevails in India which is our Mother Land. Rape is serious crime and it's equivalent to terrorist attacks. In terrorism, terrorist kill people to win over specific region and in rape , rapist kill, rape and burn women for this own pleasure. Women are the asset of country. If assets is not safe guarded then how will country develop. Women are also said to be Goddess Durga and Lakshmi. It's not about rights of women, but it's about independence of women of going out of home at night without fear. We heard some news like A minor was raped, A women was raped and burned and murdered. And now this .When our respected PM , Shri Narendra Modi bought law , I thought now no rape and no murder. But again it started. When will it stop? Why aren't they handed to death ? Why their hands are not cut with which they rape a women and burn her? Why is government silent on this ? Why is supreme court silent on this? And why women in Ministry of government silent on this ? Please take strict action on this .. Arrest is not enough. There is no fear of new law in mind of these peoples. Please bring fear of law which is on paper only. Find those rapists from every corner of country and punish them badly. If you can't give them death, cut their both hands so that they come to know that pain. They will live like  dead skeleton on land.
