The police superintendent sent me a letter this week that they would no longer investigate James's incident, due to lack of evidence.   However, there is no evidence because they did not actually investigate to find evidence properly, and did not talk to the girl involved who was looking after James in respite that day. It also cites the need for cameras again.  The superintendent of police said that the NDIS and the organization itself would resolve the incident.   I had said previously to one of the inspectors of Police that organizations do not resolve an incident but lie to cover it up.

I am also previously talked to the State Member for the Blue mountains about cameras and she sent my concerns to the Minister of Disability Services (October) asking him to consider installation of CCTV as a requirement of service provider accreditation.   I sent another email to her this week and they said they are waiting to hear from the Minister.

The NDIS commission finished their investigation and found nothing and said that new protocols were in place but also they had asked the organization to apologize to  me for what happened to James.  The NDIS Commission  asked if I was satisfied with the outcome and I said no..  There was no apology from the REspite organization..
