Mandatory CCTV across all nursery & child minder settings. Inside and outside premises

Mandatory CCTV across all nursery & child minder settings. Inside and outside premises
The Issue
Due to a recent incident involving my daughter who was 7 months at the time I am campaigning to make it compulsory for CCTV to be mandatory across all nurseries and child minder settings in the UK.
Violet is very lucky to be alive.
She suffered a severe head injury at her nursery setting which could have killed her.
She was 7 months at the time of the incident and had to endure 2 x full body X-rays , CT scan to see if she had any bleeds to her brain or fractures, 7 blood tests to rule out illness that can make you bruise and eye tests.
She was very luckily to only had suffered severe bruising.
The nursery confirmed Violet never went in with any form of injury but cannot explain what happened to her that day.
Even after a section 47 was issued and all professionals involved & a further Ofsted investigation we are still left with no answers.
This was a time of our lives that I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy.
If there was cctv at the nursery we could have had the answers we deserve.
Ensuring CCTV is mandatory protects all involved and more importantly the children. There are house holds out there who unfortunately do abuse their children and one day an injury may become visible to the eye and that would then be essential that the nursery who sees this would seek the correct care for that child. Having cctv would prove this injury never happened in their care.
Or in our case as parents we could prove that Violet did go into nursery with no injury , the cctv would then give us the Answers we deserve and give Violet a voice to what happened that day.
I have been in contact with my local MP who has also raised this in government and waiting on a response. We must do what is right by these children and campaign and sign.
Nearly 20,000 serious unexplained incidents happen every year and this needs to stop and people be held accountable.
Thankyou
