I found solace and inspiration during a challenging time in my life through a show called "Uncle Rural Gourmet". Uncle Rural Gourmet served as a method of escapism during trying times of alchaholism and drug abuse. It revived my spirit when I was low and down, inspiring me to be a better person and unleash my full potential. This transformative experience leads me to believe that this show can have similar positive effects on others, particularly students.

Therefore, this petition seeks to mandate the viewing of "Uncle Rural Gourmet" in every class at Welsh Valley. The show's emphasis on resilience, creativity, and personal growth aligns with educational goals aimed at developing well-rounded individuals. According to the National Association for Media Literacy Education (NAMLE), integrating relevant media into classrooms can enhance learning experiences by making them more engaging and relatable (NAMLE 2017).
