So, at the Board of Alderman's meeting last Tuesday I met with City leaders and was assured that the Neighborhood Services and their acting as Animal Control Officers is not permanent and they have addressed the issue and we should see regular Certified Animal Control Officers again in Raytown. 

 It would be nice to see if the ones running that department are currently certified but I will give them time to work on it. 

 For now I'm suspending the petition and trusting them to keep their word. 

If I happen to notice it again I will be sure to get a mandate for them.✊
