Hi my name is phoebe macias,

This year in January my mum took me to gp as I was suffering depression and was self harming. Gp was ment to refer me to chams.

How ever i tried to take my life in April 2024 so my mum rung gp to tell them and ask how long i had left to wait to see chams as she hadn't herd anything.

To find out this had not been done back in January 2024 so gp did it while my mum was on the fone to her.

How ever when chams sussexs got the referral they passed it to kent nhs mh instead of asking gp and my mum for more details so they also failed me.

Kent mh phoned my mum to have a video call of which i refused and said face to face only they finally agree to this as yes just a one of. They was ment to ring my mum with appointment for end of june beginning of july. How ever this didn't happen so this was the 3rd failing with the system as result of my decline in july 20th 2024 i took my own life now leaving my family devastated with out there child i was only 14.

my mum has yet to receive any form of apology as such other than the gp after i doed to say the system has failed your daughter which shouldn't of been the case i shoukd still be here with my family but now im an angel in the sky..

My mum wantsTo get the law changed for our  children to be seen in 2 weeks with mental health under15

Phoebe's law to change and reform how mental health in children is done in a 3 tier chams and GPS to have a paediatric doctor to be trained  medically in mental health  so they can asses and medicate if needed our kids and counselling referral automatically 

As you can see I was failed 3 times now im not here please help my mum she needs over 100,000 to share and sign phoebe's law to be changed to prevent children taking there life.
